We live in the Compass Pointe community in San Diego, CA. We have been trying to get information regarding a leak in our garage ceiling for over a week and are being given no information. My claims agent has been trying to get information for over a week as well. They won't tell us where the leak came from exactly, who the regional manager is, who they're insurance company is, etc. In the mean time we're stuck here waiting for them to call us back after they have promised multiple times to have their insurance company call me or my claims agent. I just want some attention to my issue so it can be handled and we can move on. Our car was broken into the same day we had a leak and this is the 3rd time someone has broken into our property to steal something. Twice broken windows, three bags stolen, two times identity theft stolen. HELP!!
