Stay away!! I went to this hospital's emergency room for a tonsil infection after going to an urgent care facility and them recommending the emergency room. I arrived at the Er room at approx 7 pm. It took roughly 1 hour to get me to the back room (this is standard for an Er room with the inflow of patients). Once in the back room I spent 6 hours there (not exaggerating)!!! The doctor openly admitted that they had forgotten about me and that the medicine delivery had misplaced my antibiotics. That is right... I spent 7 hours there and all they gave me was antibiotics!!! 24 hours later I was back in the Er for the same issue (I went to the Thompson peak er where they were able to provide me a ct scan and drain the infection within 2 hours. Do not go to the Scottsdale and Shea emergency room unless you plan on being misdiagnosed and forgotten about. By the way they also billed me for both visits and when I called to discuss the payments I was told that the dr "didn't remember me but his notes didn't show anything out of the ordinary". You have been warned!!!!
