Brought a house and was looking to buy all the furnitures in one place. This place was recommended by my mom. At first, I thought they were the nicest people ever. Until, I asked for an exchange on one of the chairs from the dining set that I brought. The chair has an uneven feet rest compare to other chairs. I called and the owners were out of the country, so I had to wait until shes comes back and explain the situation before she even make the decision. So thats almost one week of waiting. Then, once she's back. Shes barely at the store. I had to keep calling and asked them to call back. Once she called, she told me to send pictures over the email, so she can decide whether to switch it. Guess what... its been 3 weeks. Heard nothing. Yes, I did follow up. Yes, they said they will take a look at it. No, I still got nothing. At least, if they dont want to exchange, then give me an answer! I actually wanted to buy another chair from them, if they response, but they didnt. Learned my lesson. Glad I purchase $3000 worth of furnitures else where. I had issues with the other store as well due to some damage that the manufacture causes, but their customer service was amazing! Ill be going crazy if I spend it here and this is the kind of customer service I have to deal with.
