I've been to this Firestone 4 times now, twice for our own vehicles and twice for visiting relatives with a tire problem. Each time I found them to be honest (which is rare with repair shops, including dealerships), fixing or replacing the tires or other problem in a timely manner, and a pleasant display of good customer service. Requests were met and questions were answered. Also, their hours are long and daily, which is convenient if you have a problem at a bad time.
I've had suspicions of dishonesty and unneeded work at dealerships for our vehicles, so my trust level isn't high. This place was fair 4 out of 4 times. Eric and Steve are two good staff I've had contact with.
