They did a great job to evaluate my AC unit during the tune up. I was charged $69 for the tune up which was a decent price. Also based on my request, they did a complimentary check on a hot spot in my home. They found a bad capacitor for the fan motor and I was charged $90 on this. I felt a little pinch on that amount for a capacitor. The capacitor is actually pretty cheap when I checked online. I would have given them 5 stars if they had not charged $90 for that capacitor replacement. It felt like a rip off but the only consolation is that I have 2 year warranty on parts & labor.
