I stopped in with my son, who had visited the store when it first opened. It's much bigger than I thought, since he told me it was tiny, but everything and everyone is tiny to him because he's a giant. It is certainly not huge; there's nowhere to sit and read. However, this is not your chain bookstore, so don't expect magazine or newspaper racks, nor a cafe. What you'll find is an intimate space with books and Baron, the bunny. The rabbit resides in the back corner and he's quite active in his cage. Your standard literary genres are present as well as greeting cards, notebooks, t-shirts, clocks, and other gift items. There is a back room used for workshops and from what I could see through the curtain, it's also not that tiny. We browsed the books and enjoyed the ambiance, listening to the smooth jazz piped in. A bookstore is always a welcome sight in this digital age and it's certainly a good thing to have one downtown now.
