Made an appointment a long time ago for a Saturday evening. The website said it closes at 8, so our appointment time was 6:30-7:30; thinking it would be plenty of time. Long story short, they actually close at 7, neglected to inform me and when the girls and I got there the staff was very relented to help us.
**Word of advise, change the time on the website. It's actually no one's fault but your own that this information is incorrect.
The attitude and customer service there is extremely rude, especially this lady who we first talked to. When we walked in, the waved us over to talk to her instead of her coming to us. She must be a little deaf too because I keep repeating the Bride's name and she keeps writing/saying another name.
How is anyone still going there for anything? This place suck.
