They offer great incentives for transferring existing loans, but don't expect them to offer the same service as a real bank... I'm waiting...waiting, waiting for their underwriting team to complete the simple process of a vehicle loan.
Also was told they would need to pull a second credit report within 3 business days of my first loan closing to commence a second transfer. Requested a supervisor, who called back 4 hours later with the same ridiculous answer. Unacceptable.
Use them for their rates and bank with with a big bank. That's what I do.
