Best car rental experience ever!
The reservation process was extremely easy. A day early we decided to try and pick up the car earlier (the afternoon I called), and they had no problem accommodating us.
When we arrived (first rental with them), the initial account review took about 5 minutes. The staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly. We even decided, after learning that they would drop up off at the airport, to extend our rental. The staff took care of it, after we left, and sent me a text letting us know that our extension was good to go.
The car was excellent. The internet was not working properly; but, that was not a real issue. Everything else ran perfect; as expected from an Audi.
On our way to return the car we were rear-ended. The phone agent and the on site-staff took care of everything, without any issues. This was, by far, the best car rental experience I've ever had. I will never use another rental company, if I can avoid it.
