I've had BMW's my entire life and serviced in Edmonton, Seattle, Vancouver, Portland and Salt Lake City. I've always been pleased with the service I have received, Seattle has been outstanding and one of the reasons I recently purchased another BMW. I had a engine alert light come on outside of Calgary while on a road trip and reached out to their service department for an appointment. They kept me in the phone for 15 minutes telling me all the reasons they cannot help me.
Not what I had in mind.
Very disappointing.
I suggest they look at their vision and values and ask themselves a few tough questions.
