Disclaimer: I may be bias as my dad is a horse trainer outside of Ontario.
Came here to watch a few races when my father was in town. It's not a bad racetrack at all compared to Vancouver. I spent most of the time watching the horses up in the bar area. The track looks like it's in good condition for the horses to run and the people all seem to have one thing in common- shouting out how they really feel! It adds to the atmosphere for sure. Not to mention, it's always a plus when you can watch a race without being rained down on.
I did spend some minor time on the slots and it paid off since we left with more than we came in. The layout of the slot machines were a little hectic and it was insanely busy! So just a heads up for anyone coming to enjoy the slots, you may have to camp out for a certain slot machine.
