Have been into this shop several years ago and had a very negative experience. I decided to give them a second chance. Big mistake! Waste of time and money. If I hadn't pressed for answers about how my computer was progressing I don't think I would have gotten any update. There answer to almost every question was we'll know in 48 hours. Finally I told them they had run out of time and I picked my computer up and took it elsewhere. 48 hours later I'll be picking it up with the job complete.
In short they are very unprofessional and have limited capability. The only reason I gave them 1star is because Yelp won't let you give 0.
