I was new to the area in mid 2016 and chose Desert Family as my primary. Had a number prior visits that we're acceptable. On this day I had an appointment (about a year ago and I'm still pissed). I checked in on time and waited to be called back. After waiting maybe 15-20 minutes I was called back - my wife was tagging along. After sitting in the exam room for maybe 10-15 minutes the doc came in. She was obviously in a hurry, reviewed my case quickly but when I started to ask questions (maybe 10 minutes of consultation) she informed us that she was way behind schedule and walked out. We were both flabbergasted! I changed doctors. It seems their practice is more about volume than quality of service.
