I am already a tremendous fan of the products and during my recent visit to this location I had an excellent customer service experience which compels me to rate the shop 5 stars.
There was some confusion regarding the exchange policy after the merchandise was previously sold to me. My grievances were heard and understood and I was able to reach a satisfactory conclusion with the store. They really care about their customers and provide excellent service when helping you pick out your shoes. At a perfect time, as I'm looking to refurbish my wardrobe, they have made a lifetime customer out of me. An excellent product and customer service worth writing home about.
