So far I have had 3 appointments with Stoneworks to measure my kitchen for my new granite. All within a two week time frame, and every time something goes wrong on their end.
The first worker could not find my house by my address, it would not pull up on his GPS somehow. I tried verbally telling him how to get here, and he acted like I was speaking a foreign language. (I am in Hickory, so it is a bit of a drive) after about 10 minutes of myself trying to get him here he says and I quote "well we just need to reschedule so someone else can deal with this mess of directions". Fine, so I rescheduled.
The next two appointments have both been from 12-4 pm. My work schedule is very flexible so I work around the first appointment stoneworks offers me. Both times the men call me before 8 am to tell me they are on their way to my house. Both times I have scheduled and worked from 7:30-11:30 since my appointment time wasn't until 12-4 pm. So, of course, I am not home. I tell them this, they hang up and call the office. The office calls me to apologize and asks if they can call me back to reschedule! Really? No! I need my measurements done so I don't have to wait over a month for countertops!
The turnaround for the granite is 10-14 days AFTER measurements are taken, if you can ever get them to your house!
