From the start Brian was great to work with he came out to our home on time and went over all of our choices. We were deciding between a laminate and a tile, while the tile was more expensive he told us both features and advantages to each and we decided on laminate hard wood. You would think that because it cost more he would have pushed us into the tile, however with two young girls under 3 he made some great points about how the Laminate might fit our situation better and that made us feel comfortable from the start.
We went down to his office and finalized the agreement.
This all took place within a 2 week period, we ever very impressed.
From there Trevor and Scotty came out on time and even texted and called me before so that I could ensure my girls were at preschool so they would be able to work away.
They ripped up some old tile in the entry way, installed newer baseboards and overall did a great job.
3 days after our install we got a follow up call to ensure it was 100 percent.
Overall the level of professionalism, customer service, consultation, and promises that were made were great.
Everyone has been commenting on our amazing hardwood floors and praise God we no longer have to pay a carpet man for spilled juice or food!
