Winners is generally hit or miss, but this one can be especially like that the odd time it's miss as when there's nothing there's really nothing.
However, most of the time other than the rare misses this is actually a great location for finding what you need. It's actually been the second best Winners for finds other than College Park, and even then, it may be better.

-Levi's commuter pants, normally $120, $30! Three pairs, too! (This was awesome)
-Volcom pants normally $30, $16!
-Nike zoom air low tops $59
-Zegna spring jacket normally $3200, $728! (I didn't buy it, but good deal for Zegna!)
-Levi's 511's, $16!
Staff is helpful if they're not at the cash. Cashiers are a toss up. Sometimes really friendly, other times kind of meh. Overall good.
