I have never been more disappointed in a dealership while shopping for a car. I bought a Ford Mustang from them back in 2015. At first a 23 year old kid walks in and the first thing they thought was that they can rip me off. Not to say I used to work in the business for the past five years. After trying to sell me high on the vehicle they figured out I wasn't the one to fall for their tricks. I got the deal that I wanted and only because I made them look ridiculous with the prices they brought to me. That's that. A couple of weeks ago my check engine light turned in my mustang. I called ford and asked if my warranty covers the problem. They said of course. I brought in my vehicle, left it there for two days, having to Uber for some time, only for them to call me and tell me it's going to be a $300 fix cause the job was gunna be a couple hours. Well when I asked what's wrong they said my canister purge valve wasn't working the right way. I told them no thanks, I'm gunna take it to a third party store and get it fixed there. After I picked up my car I took it to autozone. He checked under my hood, found the valve that was broken, unscrewed two screws and finished the job within 2 minutes literally! With that being said, I will not be dealing with this dealership any longer. They are terrible and try to find any way to make some money off of you. I understand it's a business, but for a two minute job you're going to charge me $300? No thanks, they have now lost business!
