The rudest pharmacy staff ever. Drivr-thru lady didn't apply my insurance. I was in the drive through and I already gave my id and credit card before she told me the amount. Also she didn't apply my Walgreens card. Her reasoning was I didn't tell her about my insurance or Walgreens card. It was all my fault. I never had an issue before in the 10 years I've gone here. So I told her I needed to be refunded the over charge. She talked to someone else, the other person did something to the register ,and the drive-thru asks me to pay more. I told her no that I needed to be refunded money not charged more. She said they voided the transaction. I told her that's good but I need receipt saying it's voided. She just looked at me. About 30 seconds later she said she doesn't have anything for me and to trust her. So far, I didn't trust anything about her. She wouldn't even give me a copy of the original receipt. I should have taken a picture and not gave it back. I left and called Walgreens headquarters, listened to a long message, and said I wanted to be contacted. I never was contacted. But hey, without this experience, I wouldn't have found the awesome CVS down the street.
