My air conditioning has broken 3 times mid summer and it took 3 days to fix each time. My stove got a short and was not replaced so I can only use 2 burners. The neighbors have had a motion sensor camera outside their door for months and it's still there. My window is cracked and it's never been replaced. Someone keeps parking in my spot but they will never tow them. It seems like things are just quickly repaired to last until they completely break. It takes days to get maintenance out. My sink in my bathroom was clogged and it took 2 weeks. My kitchen sink took 4 because I went to the office and said it had to be done and waited for them to call. Pool seems to be dirty every time we go. Norma is super nice but seems over worked and under paid. The manager is never available. No phone calls are ever returned. My lease has 9 months left and I think I'm going to pay to get out. I hoped it would get better but it seems this is a management issue not an employee issue.
