Dr. Cari Callaway-Nelson and Hygienist Jenelle Paulo are the only reason I will continue to come here other than the fact it is so close to my house! They are excellent at what they do and make me feel comfortable while I have anxiety issues. As for the front desk staff, they had so many issues finding my insurance, they even called me after my appointment was over to confirm things which is annoying to deal with and the fact my appointment took an extra 30 minutes due to their stupidity just bothers me. The Dental Assistant who took my x-rays was nice and understood that I was uncomfortable but didn't do much to make me feel comfortable she just made it more awkward. The practice was clean and I thought it was funny how they had free coffee considering it is a dentist office but overall not a bad place. They seem expensive as my co-pay was $90 but that was after a $50 coupon off and a discount they gave me for being a returning patient, I feel I can't complain too much. Thanks Dr.Callaway-Nelson for being the best!
