This bank is very convenient and has a cool, industrial feel to it. The staff has been very friendly every visit but my biggest complaint is the typical wait time. This branch is severely understaffed. The wait just to see a teller is always a minimum of 30 minutes. If you want to see an actual banker you are looking at around an hour wait usually. Like I said, the staff is always super helpful and friendly but the wait times are unacceptable and something that needs to be addressed.
