I started coming about 9 months ago. They quoted me one price on the phone and then raised it and charged me more when I arrived saying that the phone person didnt know but I specifically asked for the person charging the price they quoted. Then every other time I came in the price rose by $5.00 until it was $20.00 more then when I started. Then TWICE they made appointments with me for 2 services and didn't complete the second service saying there wasn't enough time at the end of the day... leaving me undone before relatives visited and the second time for a wedding. The second time I had the stylist, Lauren, give the time needed to the scheduler because I didn't want the same problem of them not having time to finish and I still had to leave half done. Then they ruined a monogramed shirt with bleach. I've never had that happen in the 40 years I've had my hair done. I told them it was worn and was trying to be reasonable, so I only wanted half the value, $30.00 in refund or services and instead,.. after waiting nearly 2 weeks for the owner to call,...they told me they would use a special conditioner on me to make it up. Really? They should have paid for the whole blouse or at least offered the amount off of a service I actually get. I called and said as much and waited a week and a half and never got a call back from anyone. I stopped in to pick up my shirt... for small claims court I guess ....and they never said a word. That is how little they care about their clients and service. I gave them 2 stars only because of location and the few times my highlights werent so over bleached all my lightened hair didn't break off. I'm generous. I have nice chunks of short hair now where my highlights were. Buyer beware.
