Replaced my sliding patio door with Marvin Integrity double doors. The quality of the door is immediately noticeable. The two technicians did a great job on the installation; being both timely and tidy. The stucco repair blended perfectly with my existing exterior. Thankfully the technician took the time to show me how to work the locks despite me refusing instruction. I had assumed all locks work the same; not so.
I will agree with the most common complaint, which is time between sell and installation. When we're doing improvements, every buyer is anxious to see the results, so 4-6 seeks feels like 4-6 months. For some reason, Master Craftsmen waited 5 days (after) the door arrived at their facility to schedule my installation. Surely they need to find a better solution; remember the customer is very anxious & excited.
In the future, I plan to replace my front door and as long as they're still in business, they will have my business.
