Alicia gave me a hydrafacial which was wonderful a week or so after the grand opening. During the procedure, she questioned a small nondescript area on my forehead. I was not really aware of anything there, but since she recommended I get it checked out by a dermatologist, I did that. The doctor biopsied the area which came back positive for basal cell carcinoma. I will need a MOHS procedure within the next month. I am so grateful for Alicia's sharp eye and professionalism. I have gotten facials on a fairly regular basis with the same aesthetician for the past year and no mention of anything suspicious has been brought to my attention. Thank you, Alicia! I'm sure my scar will be much smaller because of your keen eye!
Shannon, permanent makeup artist, is fantastic! She is extremely precise with her measurements. She checked and rechecked and had me look at her markings a couple of times before she started microblading my eyebrows. It was obviously very important to her that I was going to get the results I was expecting. She was open to my suggestions and I couldn't be happier with the final result!
