Refused a diabetic alert dog entrance. When I stated her job, he said "I don't care." I stated it was FEDERAL LAW he was violating by denying her entrance and he told me again that he didn't care and to report him, because he had "animal safety" to worry about.
Yeah, except any vaccinated working service dog is as much a risk to exotic pets as the schmuck who walks in off the street without washing their hands. Does he require everyone disinfect themselves prior to entry, too?
This guy was a complete dick to me about, not an ounce of emotion beyond simply being "right". Way to go. Lost a customer base here.
