I Have living here now for almost 3 1/2 years rent keeps going up. The first management was ok this new management is a joke they are raising my rent $85 dollar.
When I first moved here rent was $775 now it's all the way to $905, or though they have a lot of empty apartments and more and more people are moving out they keep raising the rent the new manager name is Liz she's a joke does not know what she is doing and very poor customer service.
Water is been the biggest issues they give out on average 5 notice per month stating that the water will be shut off, sometimes on multiple occasions I've gotten home and tried to shower but the water was shut off without notice. The main gate keeps breaking. pet poop everywhere sometimes I even smell weed.
The new management is now calling these condos townhomes which is deceitful because townhomes have garages and these condos do not.
I hate moving that's the only reason I am still here.
