Never had rude service here until yesterday Only in the exchange dept. A little old blonde lady told me there was nothing she could do without a receipt or packaging... how did I know the product would break after one use? I had a product that I bought there about a month ago I did not keep the receipt... it was an eyebrow trimmer. The clerk was upset that I needed her to help me find another one because mine had broken. We could not find an exact match so she "jerked" an empty skew off the wall and walked 5 miles ahead of me back to the counter. Then because the batteries still worked said it was not broken... the thing was in 2 pieces!! After reluctantly giving me a store credit "I" was the one who said thank you and that I was sorry for the trouble? some people do not belong in customer service.
