This Service Team is top-notch! I recently purchased my Maserati from Towbin Ferrari-Maserati, so I am new to the "Family". Richard in Service was so informative and walked me through the "quirks" and features of my car. Tavis, the Head Mechanic, could not have been more helpful. He even took time out of his busy day to drive my car around (without an appointment) to assess an issue I was experiencing with my brakes.
I was very impressed by their knowledge and their overall enthusiasm for the vehicles they represent. As well as, their genuine customer service - which is extremely rare nowadays.
