Todd thank you for helping as I came in to sign my daughter out from no longer being a member for her trial month. She loved the work out, she's ready to experience something else. JUST NOW, i was sweetly greeted by you Todd, and then you walked to the side, out of sight, prior to you walking away, I announced why I was there. Then I was left to stand... I remained to simply stand there at the front check in station, there was a young cute man there, he did not offer to help me, I stood there twiddling my thumbs not being helped- WHAT IS THIS? I have zero tolerance for lack of service when in a service based business... ARRRR! I have heard the front desk of orange theory Marks is missing the mark on quality front desk service. I witnessed it myself this am. PLEASE PLEASE ORANGE THEORY, at what point is it possible for you to have top shelf customer care not only right when a costumer walks in, the entire experience at the front is a good idea. Kindly, Angela
