I guess I feel inclined to write this review after a bad experience elsewhere, where I was forced to go because of the weekend.
I used the services of Walter's automotive few months back. His workshop has a small, old office with hardly any seating area --- quite unlike the larger chains. But then, quite unlike the big chains, Walter's place was very professional. They seemed quite busy that day. I received a call for an appointment at a particular time. The work was done as promised, in fixed time, and at a very reasonable price. This is all you need from a repair shop.
