Orange theory has such a cool concept! I went here for a free session, and I was completely sold. The manager, Josh I think, is extremely nice and very flexible with clients. If you haven't read into it, it is a 60 minute Workout. A lot of cardio, and trx and weights. While doing this, your name is on a screen and you are wearing a heart monitor strap. You can track your progress to see what "zone" you are in (indicated by color to show a certain percentage range). It is very motivating and it pushes you to work harder. At the end they show you the results and tell you where your target goal is to see if you've met it. Amy is FANTASTIC! She is the best trainer there. So friendly, and motivating. She knows a lot about what she is doing, and it is very easy to trust her guidance. But the other trainers I will say aren't my favorites. I only go to Amy's classes after trying the others out. It really is great if you are willing to pay the price, it is a little pricey, but the results are worth it.
