To be fair, they fixed the problem I brought my phone in for, but created another problem that cannot be fixed. I know that certain types of repairs are more difficult, so I won't slam them for trying, but it's frustrating that my phone essentially doesn't work properly now. I will say that the gentleman working here tried to resolve the issue, but overall, I'm less than satisfied.
