Toilet barely flushed. I pumped the septic tank out (yes it needed it badly). Still toilet barely flushes. Called Ron because of his rave reviews on yelp. He answered and came over himself right away.
Before he started with the rotor rooter he said let's investigate the issue. He was thorough, better than a Doctor in diagnosing the issue. It was not the lines - it was the toilet itself - clogged up from calcium deposits. He tested the bathtub drainage and sink and then proved it was the toilet by pouring down a large volume of water and it "flushed" perfectly! So, the actual toilet itself needs to be replaced. He said to buy one myself and he'll come back and install it for me.
Where in the world in today's time do you find someone so thorough, honest, prompt and no-nonsense? Ron is the best I am just adding to his other glowing reviews from others who went before me.
