Poor customer service. McDonalds state they are 24/7 serving breakfast. Well I went there at 11AM and was told they could give me a scrambled egg and I would have to have a round egg. I asked why is that when I get this at other McDonalds and the lady Bri told me that it depends on what manager is working. i then asked to speak with the manager after being forced to have a poached egg. I was lied to that Bri was the manager to find out it was a young man who was ruthless and state that they stop making scrambled eggs at 10:30AM which goes against what they are advertising. Bri is smirking in the background and when I ate the egg that wasn't the way I wanted, (went through drive thrue) it had several pieces of egg shell and I feel that they did that to my egg on purpose. Stay away from the McDonald on Higley and Chandler Heights poor customer service and poor management. I plan on doing a review and contacting the owner of the McDonald if possible so that he/she will know what idiots he/she has running their business.
