I was planning on moving from Northern Nevada to Las Vegas, so I searched the internet for a realtor that could find me an affordable nice condo. The second realtor that I contacted, who was not Brenda, tried to get me to buy a nice affordable condo, but it was in a high crime neighborhood. The realtor did not tell me the condo was in a high crime neighborhood. Since I was in Northern Nevada and I only saw pictures of the condo on the internet, I thought about buying the condo before someone else bought it. Before I bought the condo I decided to contact another realtor for a second opinion on the condo. I contacted Brenda and she told me the condo that I wanted to buy was in a high crime neighborhood. I didn't buy the condo; and I got Brenda as my realtor. Brenda found me a condo that was nice, affordable, fit my personality, and was in a very nice neighborhood.
I found Brenda to be honest, trustworthy, she considered my budget and interests, and tried to find me a home that met my budget and interests. She knows the Vegas/Henderson real estate market well, and she took the time to find me a home that I would be happy with.
Also, when I called or e-mailed Brenda, she always got back to me the same day, or the next day. She responded immediately to my phone calls and e-mails. She never kept me waiting long for a response from her.
Finally, I quickly realized in working with Brenda that she was not going to try to make a fast sale just to make a buck. She really worked hard to find me a home that I really liked and would be happy living in.
