i needed a vehicle...did some legwork ahead of time (which was super important!) got pre-approved and set up a time to come in.
i dealt with alex, who was pretty good. filled out paperwork, gave him the pre-approval info, and talked to the finance manager. told her NOT to run my credit in-house, because i know car dealerships get money for that and it dings you later.
my bank's systems were down so we had to call them to get them to send the info over via fax. overall, the entire process took about 2-3 hrs and i left there pleased and with a new truck.
also as a nice touch, alex occasionally emails to follow up with info or a birthday wish.
i was a bit concerned at first but the dealership put me at ease. id recommend it to others.
