This happened about 2 months ago..... I don't usually write reviews on how I am mistreated and this review I started but didn't finish it and was going through my yelp account and seen this was sitting as a draft and decisive to post it anyway.....
The bankers at this location are rude! I came in and to speak with a banker about my account. I wasn't acknowledged for over 10 minutes. The lady banker kept waking past. I finally said excuse me I waiting to see banker. She said she didn't know I was waiting and that she is off but she will let the banker know that I am here, but they are only going by appointments and he has an appointment at 1:30 which by then it was already 1:35. A few other people came in requesting assistance which she proceeded to turn them away also. By the time I went in to see the banker he was rude so I asked for my ID back with my hand held out. He slid it across the desk without handing back to me as I handed it to him. I said you are very rude and this is not good customer service and I asked who the bank manager was and he stood up and said "let go" I said excuse me and he said "I'm going to get the manager for you" and I said good!!!The manager was all that friendly and I explainer him what happened with the bank and I and he dryly apologized and I told him that I would never visit this location again!!!
