I just picked up my car from the dealership after 2 days of service. As usual, the loaner, repairs and customer service were excellent. The best part of my appointment was Tony DiSalvo. From the very first greeting, status phone calls, willingness to answer questions, and final goodbye, he represents stellar customer care, with expertise and sincere enthusiasm.
