Terrible experience. Very dirty facility. Bathroom floor was disgusting and urine samples left in tray for long period of time. The woman that tried to draw my blood couldn't get any blood after poking me twice, so she had to get the lady at the front desk to try. She walked in and did not wash her hands before touching me to find a vein. Shouldn't hands be washed before touching a patient? As she was poking me with her finger to locate my vein, I looked at her finger and her nail had black filth underneath it! I was appalled! These people need serious training in cleanliness and proper protocol! Will also be reporting this to corporate.
