Yesterday our garage door stopped opening in the early afternoon (I noticed that one of the springs at the top of the door looked broken). The door wouldn't open manually (apparently it still does, but the door is MUCH heavier than usual without the spring). I called and left a message after seeing all the great reviews on Yelp and Adrian immediately called back, asked about what was happening and then asked if we were able to wait until the next morning as they had two birthday parties to go attend that day (we have a third car in another garage and were fine waiting until the morning). He was very apologetic for not coming out immediately even though I said we were fine waiting until the next day (families need to have dad time - we value that, too). He asked me to send a picture of the broken spring and I did so. The next morning, right on time he was at our house, checked things out, gave us a quote for the part, the labor and waived his usual service fee since he did not come out the day before. He had the right parts with him, replaced the springs (we decided to change out both), checked the opener, oiled all the connections, checked to make sure the door's safety feature is in place - all in just over an hour. Plus he gave us some tips for checking our settings biannually. Adrian is a very nice man, and did quick, great work. I would recommend him and will use him again.
