Never in all my life have I had such a bad experience with a company. I would recommend to steer clear of this incompetent establishment.
My insurance dispatched this company to come tow me today, and after waiting over 2.5 hours I gave them a call; they claimed my insurance had called them and told them not to come. I immediately call my insurance and they informed me that was not the case. My insurance (liberty mutual) said that royal towing claimed they could not find me, and tried to call me 3 times (they did not call me once and I was on a very public, main and obvious road, broken down and impossible to miss).
This company wasted hours of my life waiting around for their non existent assistance. Once a proper towing company was called, I was on my way in 20 minutes. How this place is still in business is beyond my understanding, you cannot just lie to customers and the insurance agencies because you feel like it.
