We had a nice stay at Hotel Victoria. Perfect location: The hotel is directly located in the old city, and only 100 m from the main train station. Crossing the busy street from the train station to the hotel is a nightmare, but we later realized there is an underground passage. The room was very small, but clean and modern. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have seen in the last years!
The only significant downside of the place is that it's being restorated right now, and it looks like it will take some more time to be completed. Most importantly: The elevator is currently out of order, and we had to carry our heavy luggage three floors up and down the stairs.
I would nevertheless highly recommend that place, especially for young travelers without kids (because of the missing elevator and small rooms).
