I gave Action Auto Repair 4 stars instead of 5 hoping that my review would actually count in Yelp's automated algorithm for the overall rating (which is underrated by far). I have done business with Tom and his crew on multiple occasions and will be a loyal customer for the foreseeable future. I would take the negative reviews with a grain of salt since I'm confident that these guys would go above and beyond to make things right if any client was not satisfied with their work. They are hyper-sensitive about their reputation as any business of this type should be. If you need a trust-worthy auto repair shop, this is the place.
