Very unprofessional and impossible to get a hold of. I called many many times, and left several voicemails, not one returned. Dealing with these incompetent people has been an absolute nightmare. I had to have my HR rep talk to my adjuster because she would not talk to me. I have had to hold my adjusters hand every step of the way and explain things as if to a dumb 5 year old. Most of this done through my HR rep, because again I was unable to get a hold of anyone in that office!
