Horrible customer service! I missed an appointment and was told I would be charged 50% ($30) which I completely understand. Then I got a call a few hours later telling me that I was now being charge 100% of the appointment cost ($60). I wouldn't be so frustrated had I been told from the get go that I would be charged the entire appointment fee. Get on the same page people! Completely unacceptable!
