We hired this maid service to clean our rental property that we'd lived in only 2 months prior to purchasing our home. The house is 1800sqft, was completely empty and pretty clean to start with. We just needed them to do a thorough cleaning to remove dust, wipe down counters, windows, etc. to appease the rental agency. They assure us all the items we needed done would be taken care of however they only cleaned 1/2 of the house upon inspection. I went by to clean the oven (since they don't) and ended up having to do the following: Wipe down all baseboards, kitchen counters, windows, sills, mantel, chair rail, cabinets and clean the laminate floors. They didn't even touch any of the items just listed! The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because after my husband had a tough conversation with them about the 1 1/2 hours I had to spend cleaning AFTER they did their "deep clean" they did give us a partial refund.
