We are new to Phoenix area. We wanted a place to live close to good transportation without having drive long distances which is standard in Phoenix. The Alta Fillmore is far from standard. New building, nice ammendities and great location. Samuel, our leasing agent, was outstanding. He made the process easy and painless. We are just getting settled in now and exploring the area.
