I have 4 kids. One is done with braces. One I had braces put on at another location. However I haven't been satisfied with their service or price. The facility wasn't very good either. I needed braces on my last 2 and decided to try another local place. I was very impressed immediately by their office. It's beautiful and my impression was that anyone putting that much effort into their office probably has great customer service. I also thought...OMG this is like a boutique orthodontist and it's probably going to be expensive. I was right about how great their customer service is. It's fantastic from top to bottom. I don't have all day to extole their virtues but this place has it right. I was wrong about their prices. It's not only reasonable but it was 20% cheaper than the other place I had a quote from. So needless to say I have 2 kids with braces from Dr C. and so far it's going very well. I love their service and my kids enjoy their visits. I almost wish I worked there.
