Very persistent to help when it's the end of the month. Bc we all know there's a goal you have to meet. I'm talking about emails, texts, phone calls etc. like non stop almost. Now that the months over, it stopped immediately. I still went in bc yes, we are looking for a car and we finally have time to check it out. But it's now the 3rd. The "enthusiasm" shows. They're not interested anymore. Walking slow. Response time is slow. And also, now "the banks don't want to help" either lol. So sad.
